2012 18-Hole Men’s League - Tuesdays

This league offers a weekly golf night to get you out and improve your game all while having fun at the same time. 
It serves as an opportunity for league members to golf together without having any pressure to submit scores or keep a handicap although you can if you like.  It is intended to be non-competitive and fun for everyone!

Starting Date: Tuesday May 8, 2012        
Closing Date: Tuesday, September 25, 2012
Tournament & Dinner: TBA

Tee Times Begin: May – 3:00 pm,
June to August - 3:30 pm, September – 2:30 pm
** (Dates subject to change according to tournament scheduling)

League Membership Fee:

• Pre paid 7 round package $465   
• Pre paid 10 round package 10% off regular league rate - $575.00
• Pre paid 15 round package 15% off regular league rate - $781.25
• Pre paid 20 round package 25 % off regular league rate - $905.00

Prices shown are subject to applicable taxes.
**Any unused tickets from your 20 package at the end of the 2011 League season may be used for the 2012 season only after an additional pre paid
7-round package is purchased for the following year’s league

• Weekly fee after using your pre purchased packages are $50 walking and $55 riding + tax
• Tickets for the league are NON transferable

League Membership Package Includes:

• All league fees include shared power cart and weekly meal
• Closing 18 hole tournament which includes golf, cart and dinner
• Following the year end tournament, tickets are valid during weekday twilight times until season’s end 2012
• A gift from Willow Valley at the year end tournament dinner

League Rules:

• Please do not sign anyone up when you come into the Pro Shop unless they are here and playing with you. There will be a random draw each week to determine the order of groups teeing off.
• Members must redeem ticket or pay green fee at Pro Shop and sign-in before checking in with the Starter.
• Willow Valley will notify league convener of tournament dates which could conflict with league night.
• The league will abide by all the Willow Valley Golf Course Rules.
• After season’s end, the league can continue to play Tuesday nights at league cost.
• Rain check policy is as follows: If you do not complete 6 holes, we will issue you an 18 hole rain check to be used on league nights only. If you choose to tee-off in the rain, the rain check policy does not apply.
